How long before I have to make my return?

All return requests must be made within seven (7) business days of receipt.

Is every item returnable?

Not all item's qualify for returns. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check each item's return policy (located in the description of each item) before making any return requests.

Jewelry, blankets, slippers, hair accessories & keychains are non-returnable.

Do you have to explain the reason for return?

You must be able to explain the reason for your return to the best of your ability.

Does my item(s) have to be in their original packaging?

Yes! Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.

How do I return the item(s)?

You must email info@loganthelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your item, and include the order number and what items you are requesting to return. Our customer service team will then send you over your shipping label when the return request has been approved. Buyers must return the item within seven (7) days of receiving the return shipping label. Returned items must be sent in with the shipping label provided. Any other methods of return will NOT be accepted.

Can I process a chargeback on my credit card before returning my items?

Buyers may NOT place credit card disputes or chargebacks without first communicating with the
vendor to come to an amicable solution in regards to their purchase.

Do I have to pay to return?

Logan The Label does not offer free returns. Returned items must be sent in with the prepaid shipping label provided upon request, and a $7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
